Doreen Dyet is an Ottawa-area artist with a rich history of artistic expression dating back to the 1990s. She paints in oil from her own photos that she takes on her walks in nature and in her travels around the world.

She is active in various art associations, has been jury-selected to appear in several shows, and exhibits regularly in the Ottawa area. She is an exhibiting member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and is represented by the Rothwell Gallery in Ottawa. She has created several commissioned pieces of work and many of her paintings are in private collections.
